The same product is displayed twice in an email (or on the website)
Technically this is not possible (we differentiate items by the ID we received in the product feed). Clicking on the item might get you to the same product page on your website. (we do not differentiate items by URL)
If you still consider this is true please check the following:
- check product ID (vt_product) param added to the URL. Those should be different 100%
- check in your Catalogue (Setup->Catalogue) the product ID’s from above to see differences
- most common cases are main and children items. Depending on CMS platform you’re using, inside the product feed might be main products along with children products with the same data (only different IDs)
Solution:
- configure algorithms to only retrieve “main” products.
