Configuration for the loyalty program first requires you to enable it.
Activity points can be collected based on user activity. Each event will give users a certain number of points with a monthly cap. Note that the cap is calculated once per month.
Levels configuration
Having levels for the loyalty program is a motivator for users to reach the next level in order to unlock discounts and benefits.
Also levels are being used in reports and segmentation.
