New account email sending limits

To protect existing accounts from the risk of degrading the quality of our sending IP’s, we’ve introduced initial sending limits. Do not import emails that you don’t have permission to send to!

Those limits only apply for newsletter and recurring campaigns.

  • Initial sending is up to 1000 emails. If everything is ok, we are increasing the limit to 10.000 emails. (the increase happens automatically after 3 hours from the initial sending)
  • Next limit is up to 10.000 emails. If everything is ok, we are lifting the limitation. If not, your account will be under manual review from our team.

If you have built your own lists there should be no problems with this.

For first campaigns, if you try to send to more than the limit, will only send to first emails, up to the limit.
