Send survey by email

To send a survey by email there are 2 steps:

1. Create the survey campaign.
2. Add the survey public link to your email content

Survey campaign

First you will need to set up and save a survey campaign. You can learn more about survey campaigns.

The public link of a survey campaign will be added to the email campaign that you want to send to your subscribers.

If you want to update user tags based on survey answers, the link requires some changes. Article on how to update user tags based on answers. Add the following params to the survey link.

user_id=**|user._id|**

Email campaign

Email campaign can be transactional, newsletter or recurring, depending on your needs. All that’s important is having survey link added to your email content.
