Our system doesn’t work with lists of users, as you are used to from other solutions. We took this decision because of the issues with emails found in multiple lists, and data inconsistencies.
Instead of using lists you have the option to add attributes to users.
For example, if you had in the past 3 lists, customers, subscribers to monthly newsletter and offline list.
To keep the information if a user is within one of these lists, you need to have 3 attributes: Is customer, Is subscribed to newsletter and Offline Subscriber.
While some standard attributes are already defined (Is customer, Is subscribed to monthly newsletter) you can add as many as you want. Please refer to our article.
