In the report page of every campaign, there is a Users tab. Here you can load next 100 users who are waiting for transactional data to be processed.
Upon loading the data, a table similar to this one will be displayed, if there are users waiting to receive the message.
The list has a chronological order, where the top message will be the next one to be delivered:
